The radiator pressure tester applies pressure to the reservoir/cap and observes the needle drop over time to confirm system leaks. The coolant vacuum fill tool uses a vacuum pump to extract air, creating a vacuum that draws coolant into the cooling system. Coolant is added under vacuum without large air pockets to avoid engine distortion or other damage.
2. The cooling system pressure tester and coolant bleed kit is equipped with 17 specific adapters and 1 universal tapered rubber adapter for almost all types of radiator openings on classic and modern vehicles. Included are 3 radiator cap test adapters and 2 connectors to help diagnose radiator cap leaks on most vehicles. All these adapters are color coded and specially placed for easy and unconfusing selection according to the marked pictures in the instruction manual.
3. Plastic covered high quality brass manifold body with brass fittings for corrosion protection and durability. The index range of the instrument is -30 to 0inHg (-76 to 0cmHg), usually -25 to -20inHg is the correct time to add coolant. 18″ rubber resin material braided reinforced hose with corrosion resistance, low fluid resistance, and high pressure-bearing features ensure durability and good air sealing. Includes 21″ metal barb, 23″ clear bleed tube and 60″ filler tube.
4. Radiator coolant pressure test tool features aluminum pump barrel instead of plastic, 21″ rubber nylon resin hose with brass fittings for rugged durability. 3″ large dial pressure gauge with index range 0-35psi (0-2.5bar) for easy viewing. Stainless steel thermometer, index range 0 to 200°C (32 to 400°F). Includes American and European style air plugs for your choice. Custom blow-molded case keeps everything in place and protects the gauge during storage
