For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Delivered by new courier service, very quickly, in just 7 days. The set arrived in its packaging and was also sealed with plastic. The set is complete, as described, but the case is very thin and flimsy; everything falls out and gets mixed up when closed, but the contents: the ratchet itself and the attachments are a great buy for just $5. A year ago, we bought a similar ratchet wrench with a green handle for about the same price of $5, but it only had sockets for nuts and 1 pin. This ratchet wrench is slightly different and holds everything well; the metal on the wrench itself is glossy, which makes the reflection visible, and the handle is a bit thicker and more comfortable to hold than this one. However, the head on this one is thinner, and if the nut is heavily stuck, the ratchet from this set can be inserted into a piece of pipe and used as a lever. For comparison, I'll attach a photo of that one; both are good for their price, but considering the number of attachments, this one is more satisfactory.
