Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

7 years old, 121cm girl When I first received it, I felt that it was small. The size is good for kids to use and the texture feels nice. I cleaned it as soon as I received it, and it clicked as soon as I fell asleep during the first use. The strap at the back feels a bit flimsy for some reason. It doesn't seem like it will get stuck... It would be good to adjust it to fit the child's neck size and use it every time they sit down. It's uncomfortable when placed on the chair's neck support. I've also tried sleep headbands, but compared to that, I sleep really comfortably here.
