Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

It's well attached. I bought it because it's long, and the existing joint adjustment was done by tightening a lever, which didn't hold well, but this one is fixed, so it doesn't shake and maintains the angle. I bought it because I needed to move away from the air vent, and it's perfect. The phone holder parts are compatible with other models, so you can replace them according to your preference.

The goods was shipped and arrived very quickly. It's exactly what i thought it would be. The length of the arm, th two main joints in the arm, and the sliver 360 degrees rotating joint - do what i thought they whould enable me to do. They enable to put the phone in a position which isn't reachable with a reguler straight holder.
This is the second one the same that we have brought, as the first one has performed well for a month in one of our cars. Our dash has a textured plastic surface, but the suction is holding very well. The arm has lots of adjustment to get your phone in the right position, and there is not much movement through vibration while driving.
1. Bigger than expected. 2. It sticks differently than expected (I feel like I placed it incorrectly so I'm trying to move it... but it won't come off ㅠㅠ) 3. I'm not sure how long it will last... but it seems quite durable. (But this is something you have to try to know for sure, so it's not 100% certain)
