How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of car accessories (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

At -8⁰C, I deliberately discharged the battery to 10.58V. The device charged from 0-100% in 17 minutes. The charging process is displayed on the display in real time down to tenths of a volt. So, in order: 1. The seller shipped the order, but unfortunately the package got lost at the border between Russia and Kazakhstan. I waited the maximum delivery time promised, which was 60 days, but the order never arrived. Also, the product has been tested and works great. You have two options: charge it at home with Type-C which takes a long time or plug it directly into the car's dead battery and it will charge very quickly in about 3 minutes and be full. Then you can start the car directly. Note that if you disconnect it from the charging source, it will gradually lose power and directly in front of your eyes on the screen, it gives a warning when it reaches full and a warning for ignition shows the word 'out' meaning start the car. If the word is 'in', wait for the device to charge the capacitors when it beeps and turns to 'out', then you can start the car. The device is beautiful and I recommend it. I got it for $100, which is 375﷼, and this is a better price than our Saudi market where it reaches more than 550﷼.
Arrived a week before the deadline. Complete set, matches the description. Installed an old battery (9.6v) in the car. Turned on the starter - not even a relay clicked. Connected the jump starter. After 2 minutes, the display showed 14v out. Activated the start mode. Turned the key and started the engine. Repeated 3 times. Each time a confident start. As long as the battery has more than 6v, the jump starter will charge and start the engine.
