How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of car accessories (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The product is very good, it quickly connected to the app on the Android radio, showing a minimal difference which I find insignificant because there can always be a little more air in one of the wheels, but that's just now; it was installed today so we'll see how it goes. So far, I'm very satisfied. The temperature shows a difference of 1 degree in one of the wheels, so that's also no difference at all. Everything works, I recommend it!!!

Great, all four are working perfectly, and the good thing about the app is that it sends a notification even when the app is not open when the tire's calibration is low.
There are several applications on the flash drive. Interestingly, each application displays different tire pressure data. The temperatures match. The original application is the most common. It shows the tire pressure almost accurately. I recommend the product because it is cheap. Otherwise, the manufacturer should equip the internal sensors with batteries that have a longer lifespan. Two years is just too short. The brand manufacturers offer a 10-year warranty. I think I would be willing to pay twice as much if the batteries had twice the lifespan.
Very good quality of materials, the tires were supposed to be adjusted to 39 psi, and although it shows less on the screen, it doesn't bother me. What I'm looking for is the differential to detect air loss.
I wanted to check the tire pressure directly from the car, so I purchased a USB type TPMS. The installation was simpler than expected, and the app was recognized immediately so setting it up wasn't difficult. The sensor connection is also stable, so the air pressure is displayed in real-time even while driving. The response speed is good for the price, and it's helpful to see the temperature as well. However, it took a little time to pair for the first time, and the app UI wasn't very clean, so it required some getting used to. Still, I am satisfied with its basic functions and the ability to check tire condition immediately. It's a pretty good choice for those who want to add a TPMS simply.
The correct app is installed on the included USB, it was quickly installed, then the external sensors were attached to the valves, within 10 minutes it was fully operational. The data is very accurate.
I installed the app on the Android screen also bought through AliExpress and it works perfectly. I bought the package with 5 valves. The tire size of my Chevrolet Optra is 195/60 r15. I have been using them for a week or more and everything is perfect.

I was worried because after assembling the valves, the pressure displayed by the app was lower and inaccurate compared to the actual pressure measured with my gauge, but the next day I started the car and the data corrected itself and turned out to be very precise. Also, updating the data while moving with the car is very fast. They cost little but work great, so I recommend them to everyone!
