How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of car accessories (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

The vacuum cleaner is great and cleans well, but the brush with the light could have a brush at the bottom or at least a rough material to collect lint. Additionally, one of the replacement filters arrived damaged. Overall, it's very nice and also has attachments for inflating a mattress or ball.
I am very satisfied with this vacuum cleaner, exactly like the Dnipro-M but twice cheaper. It's a pity there's no bag included; I had to buy it separately. It's good for the purposes it's intended for. If you need to clean the car interior, go for professional cleaning.
Received. Everything is good just only the carton was rough maybe because of the local logistic or something. Shipping was faster. I recommend both seller and the product super ok but sound like a private jet

Excellent assembly. Works great, creates a powerful airflow. As stated, 3 pcs. Li-Ion batteries 18650 at 2000mAh each (that's exactly what it says on them). I didn't check the capacity. I ordered the MAX Black 4hepa set, but received one that is $5 more expensive - MAX Black4hepa YL. The bag is of poor quality and too big. It can fit two vacuum cleaners.
It seems that only China can produce such quality at such a low price worldwide. I use it mainly on the workbench, keeping it on top of the workbench. It's quite powerful even though it's a small product for sucking and blowing. You can easily replace it with various nozzles according to your needs, and when storing in a bag, the handle folds up to become smaller. It's useful. I think I bought it very well.
The vacuum cleaner is quite powerful for its size. It pulls super well, vacuumed a 0.5 m carpet at Max speed, lifted up a lot of fluff, the brush is precise. Compared to the previous car vacuum cleaner (wired), this one is twice as powerful. Another plus is that you can inflate the boat; I tested it with a battery-powered boat pump, and it blows evenly. I recommend it, only advantages, and the handle folds compactly.
Cool device! It has good power for a pocket vacuum cleaner. Many attachments. On two sides, blowing and vacuuming. The blower is not very powerful, I would say, but the vacuuming is good for cars and everyday household chores. Important! for pet owners, there is a brush for fur. Everything matches the seller's description and photos. It should be understood that this is not a professional vacuum cleaner, but it easily picks up grain even at minimal power. But no matter how you shake it, dust still gets stuck.

I didn't expect this little one to be so powerful. Cat fur from the bed, it picks up dirt perfectly, with carpet it's a bit weaker, but with a brush attachment it's quite satisfactory. remove from the table - no problem. In the car - dust, sand, hair, small debris - rated 5+. The charge lasts for about 10 minutes, which is quite sufficient for general cleaning. But I don't see the point in overpaying for a brush with a backlight. And the option of opening the lid on the trash can is very convenient, no need to unscrew the filter each time. I definitely recommend both the product and the seller.

I have been using it for several days in my electronics workshop, it works very well for cleaning small areas and is very portable. Upon receiving the product, the box arrived somewhat damaged, but all the components were in good condition.
