How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of car accessories (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The package is sealed, everything is included. Haven't tested it yet. For your information, the charge level is determined when connected to the charger by the LED indicator on the power button (attached photo). This indicator is divided into four segments, and the segment that shows the charge level is blinking. I hope I explained it clearly.
Everything is great! It arrived with about 70% charge; I haven't tested it in a car, but I think everything will work if I follow the instructions! I threw the clamp in the car, and I carry the booster in my backpack like a power bank. It arrived very quickly.

I definitely recommend the seller! The first attempt to buy a starter failed, and the product got lost at the border with Kazakhstan. The seller immediately contacted me and asked me not to worry, to write the delivery address in an email, and he would immediately send another one. He did exactly as he said. Received it today; well, with all the complications it took two months, but I bought it for a motorcycle, so it's not a big deal. Regarding the product, I was pleased that there are instructions in Russian (and in many other languages). Everything was packaged very nicely.
The plastic is very simple, the device is compact, haven't tested it in use yet, it's charged halfway as expected. It arrived on the second try; the first package got lost somewhere. I contacted the seller, they sent it again, and this time it was sent via Russian Post.

Packed well. Delivery to Krasnodar in 3 days. The build quality is excellent. Arrived half-charged. The flashlight works, haven't tested it in action yet. The quality of the wires is good.
A good device: it has helped me and other drivers several times, including in winter. Very compact. Make sure there is good contact with the terminals (alligator clips): press the alligator clips against the battery terminals and move them a little with force, then start the engine immediately. Depending on the complexity of the conditions, there may only be a couple of starting attempts, but this is already very good if you are far from civilization or need to leave urgently.
In principle, it's a good product. I started a Largus with a VAZ engine in -32 degrees, the battery isn't dead, but it fails in the cold. I cranked it well twice, and it started the engine. My battery is 55,500A. I discharged it a bit, and it starts the engine.
-33 degrees, Ford Focus 2 2.0 manual transmission, started smoothly on the first try, used one out of 4 bars. NO! It arrived defective, there was apparently no connection with the board, and the indicator was frequently blinking. The seller refunded the money. It was decided to take it apart and see what was wrong with it... it turned out to be something quite simple: a pin connector had come loose. I ordered a soldering iron with the money that the seller refunded, and successfully soldered the connector back on. And lo and behold, everything started working. The Ural region has experienced -33 degrees of frost, the battery said it was dead... connected a booster and it started with a single push. The product is excellent, even though there are some defects; I think these are isolated cases. The seller is decent! I recommend
