Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Sent the order very quickly and the product arrived well-packaged and as advertised, working perfectly. Apart from China, shipping to Brazil was super fast, only 2/3 DAYS. Unfortunately (as expected), delivery within Brazil took quite a while. The package took more than 24 days just to come from Recife to Rio Grande do Norte, not counting the transit days from Curitiba to Recife. It took longer from state to state than from China to here. Lately, it has been very difficult to import with this postal logistics. What does it do?
