Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The product is as shown in the attached image, it looks good, the charging is working, I still need to test how many hours of continuous audio they can achieve, but I recommend them anyway.
It arrived super fast, I loved it... the outer box was just tight but everything else was excellent. The gadgets really sound super loud, but it's hard to connect them to my phone, I don't know if it's because mine is very old 🤭 but super recommended.
It took a while to work out operation. The earbuds came fully charged and have touch sensitive surfaces. I pressed those to link them, and they worked right away. I put the case on charge for a long time before it responded, but now it works. It seems to lose charge very fast. Sound quality is a bit lacking in bass, but not bad. The controls the manual said didn't seem to work, all i've managed is tap right to pause and left to resume . I may just be bad at doing this.
