How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of car accessories (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I ordered it as a gift. The delivery was slightly delayed, so the surprise didn't work out. The pump arrived intact; the box was in a bubble wrap bag and wasn't damaged much. The pump is charged to 78 percent; I'll go try it out.
Delivery took 9 days. It seemed to me that it was too thick; I need to check how quickly it inflates the tire. The previous version from Baseus was much thinner. You can see it in the photo. You need to choose a different cover for this compressor, as the one in the photo with a different Baseus compressor won't fit. I'll try to inflate the tire and update the review. Overall, the compressor is fine and I liked it.
The device is super, it exceeded all expectations. As they say, the instructions are in Ukrainian. The only downside is that there is a QR code in the instructions that you can download using the seller's application, and there will be a two-minute video, but there is no video, and this QR code is not related to the product at all; it doesn't open and gives an error. So, that's the only downside about this QR code. Overall, I recommend Basyoz to everyone - it's the best company, it works great, I highly recommend it, thank you.
Excellent pump. Arrived 100% charged. Inflated bicycle tires in 15 seconds each. Inflated car tires from 2.2 to 2.4 in about 20 seconds. You set the desired value, let's say 2.4, and if the tire is underinflated, it will automatically inflate and stop. If the tire is overinflated, as was the case in my situation, it only shows the current pressure - 2.45. The only downside is that there is no way to deflate the tire if it's overinflated. Overall, the pump is excellent. I recommend both the pump and the seller.
Arrived 10 days early with a 99% charge (apparently only from the factory). Inflated my tires and my girlfriend's tires, still 92% left. Well packaged. Very satisfied with the purchase, shows pressure accurately, convenient, well-made, I recommend it to everyone.
For some reason I thought it would be lighter and less robust, but when I had it in my hands, that wasn't the case, no problem. I have already bought other products from Baseus and they are good, that's why I bought that brand again. I hope it can withstand the passage of time and use. I just used it to inflate the tires of my motorcycle and everything was fine. It's good to have it in the car for emergencies, just protect it from the sun because it's still a battery.

I'm impressed! This is an incredibly high-quality pump. I've already moved all the wheels around the house several times, and this is no joke; I've even rocked them on the car and on friends' cars. At the same time, 78 percent of the charge remained. I believe that it can easily inflate 4-5 tires from zero to the required pressure (depending on the diameter and volume, of course). Please note that this is the MAX version, and it is the one I recommend for purchase. If you wish, you can tuck it into the pocket of your jacket or sweatpants. It is very high-quality and efficient. It charges very quickly, considering its small size. I RECOMMEND!
Quality product. Indeed, to inflate a car tire, it can take up to 5 minutes, but if it's from scratch, I just calibrate it, and on average it takes no more than 2 minutes. For motorcycles and bicycles, it's as fast as any station calibrator. Whenever I connect the hose, it doesn't show the actual pressure value, which can be confusing. Even so, I highly recommend it.
Relatively light. Haven't used it yet. There is a set for a car or bicycle. But it only works from the car's cigarette lighter. So, if you're thinking of getting it for a bicycle, you'll need a power bank.
It looks of very good quality, it comes with its accessories for inflating and its cable for charging the battery. I haven't tried it but everything would be better if it came with its storage case or protective cover.

Very nice and high-quality compressor. It arrived fully charged. It inflated 4 tires by approximately 0.2 bar each. It consumed 30% of the charge.
Air was injected into the tires very quickly and the battery was sufficient, so even after filling all four tires, more than 60% of the battery remained. Highly recommended product.
It looks of good quality, I tried it and it works well on bicycle tires and also in the car to check and inflate at the appropriate pressure.

Build quality : decent to good build quality. It doesn't feel cheap, it feels one tier above other aliexpress items, but not robust enough to be thrown/dropped. Utility : i've only used it once, the cable is long enough, but i would've liked an additional 5cm to it, perhaps retractable. A small problem i noticed is that when you plug it in with the display not visible towards you, you cannot turn it around to make the display face you while running (due to the cable being too firm/5cm too short). Now i'll mention, the cable isn't short, just not long enough. Battery : i've yet to make an impression about the battery, but it can definitely inflate my car from 1.9 to 2.2 bar at least 5-10 times before it requires a recharge. Even though it's not specificed, when you plug it in, it does indeed read the current pressure, so it's good to just check the current pressure. The size is fine, it's a bigger than a wallet, it can definitely be held in a backpack/cargo pants for bicycle.
Arrived well-packaged, sturdy, charges quickly. I hope it lasts a long time because I had a bad experience with two other Baseus tire gauges.
